Process Optimization
- Industrial Filter Cleaning: Make your filters circular, reduce CO2 emissions, minimize waste, and optimize process costs with the cleaning of various industrial filters.
- Testing Room: In our own testing room, we can perform a large part of filtration testing ourselves. This allows us to assess your current filters with the aim of optimization and innovation.
- Engineering: Interfilter Group can contribute from the design phase of your process to selecting the right filtration techniques and handling engineering. Based on desired results and process conditions, we can provide well-founded advice and implementation. For your filtration-related challenges, we offer a suitable solution, working with you to design a filter application that not only solves the issue but can also yield significant savings over time.
- TCO Calculation: If desired, we prepare a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), providing insight into the total filtration costs over a certain period, considering energy consumption and the number of required filter changes.
- Fan System Optimization: Optimize your ventilation system starting with current air quality testing using an advanced Particle Counter. We analyze the results based on Eurovent 4/23 and WHO guidelines. This analysis is compiled in a report.
