- Aggressive compressor condensate (oil-free)
- Aggressive environments
- Mechanical shocks
- Temperature fluctuations
- Ultraviolet (UV)
..comply with the following certifications and standards:
- ISO8573, The international standard regarding the quality of compressed air.
- CE certification, The Transair products comply with the European directive for pressure equipment 2014/68/EU. Directive 2014/68/EU aims to guarantee adequate safety in tanks, generators, and piping.
- ASME B31.1/B3.1.3
- GOST certification
- TÜVRheinland, Declares that all Transair products comply with the requirements for pressurized piping according to the technical rules of the German AD2000 Merkblatt and the European directive for pressure equipment 2014/68/EU (DESP).
- Qualicoat certification, Guarantee for the quality of the paint finish applied to the Transair aluminum pipe.
- AFAQ ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- European class EN 13501-1 and UL 94 HB grade certification, All standard Transair products are non-flammable and do not spread flames.
- LEED certification, The material used for the production of Transair pipes and fittings is 100% recyclable and complies with the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification requirements.
- ATEX directive, This directive is mandatory for the use of electrical and non-electrical equipment in explosive, gas, and dust environments. Use of Transair products is possible.
Aluminum and Stainless Steel Pipes
The pipes are mainly used in the aluminum version but are also available in stainless steel.
The Transair aluminum series is ideal for compressed air applications and is known for its lightweight, smooth interior to minimize pressure loss, and easy installation thanks to the push-to-fit coupling system.
The Transair stainless steel series is mainly used in environments where corrosive substances are present and is known for that. Additionally, the stainless steel pipes have a long lifespan, maintain performance in harsh conditions, and also have a smooth interior to minimize pressure loss.
Different Colors
The Transair piping systems are available in three different colors. Thanks to the colors, the piping systems are easy to distinguish: compressed air pipes are blue, nitrogen pipes are green, and vacuum pipes are gray.
Coupling Technology
Transair piping uses a quick coupling technology that allows the aluminum pipes to be assembled without welding. This means that installation is much faster and easier than traditional piping systems. The modular design allows adjustments and expansions at any time, saving time and costs. In the video, you can see the ease of the fittings.
Energy Monitoring System
The Transair Energy Monitoring System uses integrated sensors that perform accurate pressure measurements in your piping system. These sensors provide continuous monitoring of pressure and flow rates of compressed air, giving you real-time insights into your energy consumption. The collected data is displayed in a user-friendly dashboard. The main benefits are energy savings, predictive maintenance, reduction of your ecological footprint, and insight into the performance of your piping system.
