Energy Performance Coefficient of 0

One of the key features of our sustainable company building is our impressive Energy Performance Coefficient (EPC) of 0. This means that our building is extremely energy-efficient and uses minimal energy compared to traditional buildings. The EPC value of 0 is a confirmation of our commitment to energy efficiency and our goal to minimize our ecological footprint.

Fully Electric and Gas-Free

Another important milestone in our sustainability efforts is that our company building is fully electric and thus operates entirely without natural gas. Instead of using fossil fuels, we rely on electricity as our sole energy source. This not only contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions but also represents an investment in renewable energy sources and the future of our planet.

Excellent Insulation in Office and Warehouse

Maintaining a comfortable temperature within our company building is crucial, but we want to achieve this with minimal energy consumption. Therefore, we have well-insulated our office and warehouse. This insulation ensures that we retain heat in the winter and keep the heat out in the summer, reducing our energy needs.

Solar Panels for 100% of Our Energy Needs

A striking feature of our sustainable company building is the roof covered with no less than 450 solar panels. These solar panels supply 100% of our total energy needs. This means we generate a significant amount of electricity from clean, renewable sources, reducing our dependence on fossil fuels while simultaneously lowering our CO2 footprint.

Automatic LED Lighting with Daylight Control

Lighting is an important aspect of any company building. We have ensured that our lighting is as efficient as possible. Our automatic LED lighting adjusts based on natural daylight. This means we do not waste unnecessary electricity by using additional lighting during the day when daylight is sufficient. This is a simple yet effective way to minimize our energy consumption.
