Good cooperation always starts with the first contact moment. We consider it very important that you receive quick and clear answers to all your questions. Our aim is to always provide you with a suitable answer within two hours. This includes quotes and order confirmations, as well as all other responses to your questions and comments. Good and fast communication is highly valued throughout the entire period of our partnership.

There are numerous ways to get in touch with us. You can reach us by phone, email, WhatsApp, and a chat function on our website. This way, you can always expect us to help you immediately, no matter where you are. We are always available and ready to assist you.

Short delivery times

Due to our large stock of standard filter types, it is possible to deliver them to your home or a desired location the next day. This can be done before a certain time and addressed to one of your own technicians or a contact person from your customer. We can also quickly help you with custom-made (non-standard) filter types. In collaboration with our partner Deltrian Netherlands, we launched our own production line last year. It is now running at full capacity, allowing us to deliver most specials to you within five working days. In cases of urgency, we even try to have these so-called 'rush orders' ready for you within 24 hours. In such situations, please contact us directly, and we will figure it out together. Your orders are all neatly packaged per destination with clear (private) labeling. Your technicians can start working immediately without wondering which project or air handling unit the filters are intended for.
