Air filters are used to purify the air from various dust particles, making them inherently green and healthy. Among these, filter bags are the most commonly used air filters in air handling systems and must be replaced when they are saturated. Together with our in-house partner Deltrian Nederland, we have expanded our range of air filters with a new, sustainable, Eurovent certified filter bag. With this filter bag, we are taking a step towards a circular economy, namely the Lean Filter with Circular frame (LFC).

Make your air filters sustainable and circular

Thanks to these filter bags, we offer the possibility to optimally make your air handling system more sustainable. With the LFC filter bags, filter frames no longer end up on the waste heap together with the filter medium. The filter frames, made of sustainable aluminum, are fully reusable and stay in the air handling system for at least 20 years with 10 years warranty. With this filter, only the bags are replaced, greatly reducing waste.

The filter is available in various synthetic media and filter classes:

• NW LFC filter bag (synthetic, Nano Wave)
• KS LFC filter bag (synthetic, progressive build-up)

How does the circular LFC filter bag work?

The LFC bags are easily placed in or replaced in the frame. Replacing the bags is extra easy due to the elastic edge bound around the filter and the replacement standard that the technician receives. The elastic edge makes it easy for the filter bag to fit various frames. When the filter becomes dirty, the technician can easily remove the elastic edge from the frame and replace the bags. Thanks to the circular frame, technicians need to carry less volume and move less during the last-mile delivery at the project location. This also applies to the disposal of the used filters.

Maintenance benefits

Thanks to the LFC filter bags, transport, storage, waste, weight, and ergonomics for technicians have greatly improved! Here's an example of 16 filter bags: from 8 boxes to 2 vacuum bags.

Purchase Options

We offer the option to purchase the LFC filter in various ways. In both options, the filters are delivered complete in a box at the first delivery. The second and subsequent deliveries will only include the filter fillings in a vacuum bag, with a maximum of six filters. Additionally, you will always receive a TCO calculation with the quote, including any project agreement. The installation tool will also be provided free of charge with the project.

Option 1: Single Purchase

• Cost for the complete filter (frame and pockets)
• Possibility of installation by the maintenance party with the help of Interfilter partner
• Possibility for the installer to sell the frame to the end customer
• Installers will receive a project discount from delivery 1 to 5, based on the value of the frames, which can be recalculated after delivery five

Option 2: Contract for five deliveries

• Frame cost is waived
• Cost of pockets equal to current standard filters
• Possibility of installation by the maintenance party with the help of Interfilter partner
• Option to receive all five deliveries in one go
• The savings on TCO are highest with a contract form
• A project agreement must be signed
