Application of Metal Filters

• Grease and (oil) mist filtration, such as cooking vapors, which is why these filters are often used in the kitchens of hotels and restaurants
• Heat shield when placed near heat batteries
• Drop separator in air handling units
• Pre-filter for medium and fine filters

General Specifications of Grease Filter

• Filter class metal filter according to ISO 16890: ISO Coarse-30%
• Filter class metal filter according to EN779: G2
• Medium: Galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel
• Frame: Galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel
• Economic final resistance: 250Pa
• Max. continuous temperature: 150°C
• Max. relative humidity: 100%

If desired, the panel filters can be equipped with handles and drainage openings in the corners.

The Labyrinth Filter

The labyrinth filter combi is another version of the metal filters, which is also used for trapping cooking vapors. It is a 2-in-1 solution, with a labyrinth filter at the front and a mesh filter at the back. The advantage of this design is the high trapping capacity. Additionally, the metal labyrinth filter also comes with standard folding handles.
