NOx Filterbox
What is the NOx Filterbox 2.0?
The NOx FilterBox 2.0 is a plug-and-play solution that removes nitrogen oxides (NOx) from the outdoor air around construction and business activities. The NOx FilterBox 2.0 has been tested by TNO and can be applied in any desired sector as a mitigating measure for capturing nitrogen oxides released during construction activities.

Most frequently asked questions about the NOX Filterbox 2.0
Where can I place a NOX Filterbox 2.0?
The NOx Filterbox 2.0 has the dimensions of a 20-foot shipping container and is easily movable. For optimal operation, the NOX Filterbox should be placed at a height between 2 and 4 meters with a free intake of outdoor air. This is based on an average exhaust height for (road) construction machines. The NOX Filter box could, for example, be placed on a 20-foot storage container. These are often already present at construction projects. This height provides the best results and offers additional safety against unauthorized access.
How quickly can you deliver the NOX Filterbox 2.0?
The current delivery time for multiple Nox filter boxes is 5 - 6 weeks after ordering. In case of an emergency, we have 1 unit in stock that can be delivered within 1 - 2 weeks. This is the sample unit used for the TNO test.
What kind of connection is needed to operate the NOX Filterbox 2.0?
The Nox filter box needs to be connected to a power source of 400 Volts.
Does the NOX Filterbox 2.0 only extract nitrogen from the surrounding air? Or can it also be directly connected to exhausts?
The NOX Filterbox 2.0 is specially designed to extract NO2 from the surrounding air. The unit cannot be directly connected to exhausts. In addition to NO2, the unit also removes particulate matter and some other gases than NO2 from the air.
How much does the NOX Filterbox 2.0 cost?
