Filter Modules with Carbon Filling
Filled with activated carbon or chemisorbent
Part description
Filter Modules Filled with Activated Carbon or Chemisorbent
Application of Carbon Filter Modules
The Interfilter carbon modules are designed to provide a quick and clean option for granulate replacement in air filtration systems. The modules are filled with one of the molecular granulates and are suitable for capturing odors and corrosive gases. Thanks to the thick carbon bed in the module, this air filter works optimally. There are two different module sizes, which are suitable for most air filtration systems due to standard dimensions:
- The KG12 carbon module is used when the air to be filtered has a high level of contamination.
- The KG18 carbon module is used when the air to be filtered has a lower level of contamination.
Filling of the Carbon Modules
The carbon bed in these filter modules can consist of various types of filling, depending on the application:
- (Impregnated) activated carbon
- Chemisorbent
- Zeolites
