Different Filter Frames

Filter frames are mounting frames used for installing air filters in ventilation systems. The air filters are secured into the filter frame using clamps. When the air filter is properly installed in our filter frames, bypass of dirty air around the filter is prevented. We supply mounting frames for standard HVAC filters, HEPA filters, and carbon cartridges. The frame of a filter frame is available in galvanized steel or stainless steel. These mounting frames are available in various types and sizes.

Filter Frames for Pocket Filters, Compact Filters, and Panel Filters

Leak-free mounting of pocket filters, compact filters, or panel filters in an air handling unit or filter box can be achieved with the Interfilter filter frames. The filter frames are easily connectable using a bolt connection.

• Frame: Galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel
• Sealing: Neoprene
• Applicable filter thicknesses: 22-25mm and 45-48mm

Filter Frames for HEPA Filters

The installation frames ensure leak-free mounting of the (H)EPA air filters. The frames are easily connectable using bolts.

• Frame: Galvanized steel or stainless steel
• Applicable filter thicknesses: 150mm to 400mm, depending on the applied clamps
• The standard supplied mounting kits are for filters with a thickness of 292mm

Filter Frames for Carbon Cartridges

This filter frame has a bayonet connection and ensures that the carbon cartridges are easily placed.

• Frame: Galvanized steel or stainless steel
• Applicable depth: 75mm
• Number of cartridges: The filter frames are available for 4, 8, 12, or 16 carbon cartridges
