Application of Filter Frames

Filter frames, also known as wire baskets, support baskets, or filter baskets, are used in dust collector bags and ensure that both filter cartridges and filter hoses are supported. Thanks to the support, the dust collection fabric maintains its shape. Particularly during cleaning, the venturi pipes ensure that higher air speeds can pass through the filter medium.

The filter frames are available in various shapes, sizes, materials, and finishes:

• Various shapes such as round, square, octagonal, star, parallelogram, and rectangular (orthogonal).
• Sizes: Available made to measure.
• Material: Galvanized steel, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316, and stainless steel 321.
• Finish: Untreated, galvanized, copper-washed, eco HPC coating, white or yellow galvanization, pickled and passivated (only for stainless steel).
