PKFC Jet-Pulse compact cartridge filter units can be used as a central extraction system or can be installed directly next to the source of contamination. It is a compact, plug-and-play device that includes a radial fan, fan control panel, Jet-Pulse cleaning system, dust collection bin, and cartridge filters. This way, the dust extraction is easy to install and maintain.

How does this dry dust and fume extraction work?

Contaminated air collected from any source is directed through round dust transport ducts to the filter. Based on the airflow through the ducts and the predetermined dust transport speed, the correct design for these ducts can be determined.

Particles carried by the contaminated air entering through the sidewalls of the filter box are held back by a deflector plate. In this section, the desired filtration speeds are achieved by considering the airspeed. Additionally, sparks that could reach the filter are directed to the collection bin at the bottom of the hopper, as large and abrasive particles are retained. This extends the lifespan of the filters. Other dust and fumes that cause air pollution are blocked by filter materials tested according to DIN EN-60335-2-69ek AA, approved by BIA, and selected based on the application. The purified air is sucked out of the cabin by a fan and discharged or released into the desired environment.
