Maintenance compressors, compressed air components or gas generators

Do you already have a compressed air conditioning or gas installation? We are happy to help you make your installation function as efficiently and sustainably as possible. Interfilter Group is also happy to assist you with the maintenance and retrofitting of compressors, compressed air components, and nitrogen generators. This is important so that you can monitor the condition of your compressed air and gas piping system. Our trained representative will carry out the maintenance. Issues that may be addressed include:

• Assessment and possible adjustment of the required capacity of your installation in relation to the application;
• Potential replacement, installation or adjustment of components within your installation;
• Detection and sealing of leaks to prevent unnecessary energy loss.

Measurements compressed air and gas installations

When retrofitting installations, we can also assess whether the generated compressed air meets the necessary requirements, depending on the application.

Measurements that we can perform for your installation include:

• Pressure drop across components, fittings, and the piping system;
• Contamination of the airflow with solid particles;
• Leaks from couplings and fittings;
• Contamination of the airflow with oil.
