Cocolok Filter Fabric
Cocolok is filter fabric made from coconut fibers and natural latex. This makes it an environmentally friendly alternative to synthetic filter media. Cocolok is used as a coarse filter or as a pre-filter for fine filters.
Hairlok Filter Fabric
Hairlok is filter fabric made from horsehair and natural latex. Horsehair naturally has a smooth surface and is very fine. Due to these properties, Hairlok traps dust and dirt particles. Hairlok is durable and resistant to wear, ensuring a long lifespan without loss of quality. It is also environmentally friendly because horsehair is a natural material.
Properties of Cocolok and Hairlok
- The material is available in G2, G3, or G4.
- Produced according to standards such as DIN 7716.
- Filter mats are custom-cut.
- Round mats are also available.
- Meets EU2 and EU3 requirements.
Applications of Cocolok and Hairlok
- Air Filtration Systems: Cocolok and Hairlok filter mats are suitable for coarse filtration in air handling systems (HVAC). The filter fabric is also used for particle filtration.
- Industrial Processes: Cocolok or Hairlok round filters can also be used as intake filters in stationary diesel engines and compressors. The round filters are often used as removable filter elements in metal or plastic casings.
