For one of our clients, we supplied eight custom-made filter housings for a new production line where polyesters are processed. These are length 1 filter housings made of SS316, equipped with High Flow baskets, which we assembled according to process specifications and the client's requirements. This includes considerations like the position of inlet and outlet, manometer connection, lid hinge point, drains, vents, and more. In this case, the design is rated for 10 bar and 100°C, in accordance with Fluid Group I PED Table / Category 3 / I PED Module A ATEX. The filter housings were delivered with the relevant certificates and the manufacturing databook. Additionally, the corresponding High Flow filter bags were also supplied.
