There is a lot to experience in 45 hectares animal park at Royal Burgers' Zoo!
As many as 1.1 million visitors dive into 8 million liters of water per year, go on adventures in the indoor jungle, and admire the vultures in the desert. The park sets itself apart from other animal parks with its eco-displays, where large-scale natural habitats have been recreated where visitors become part of nature and the animals.
Challenge air quality
Burgers' Zoo and MTI (formerly Maessen and Hendriks) have been working together for 40 years. Employees who worked for Maessen and Hendriks have joined MTI. Because MTI exclusively works for Burgers' Zoo, they have a lot of knowledge and experience with the installations and infrastructure of Burgers' Zoo. MTI has in turn engaged Interfilter Group to think along in the challenge for the technical installations at Burgers' Zoo. Johan van den Born has been working at MTI for 14 years. Van den Born is very satisfied with the cooperation with Interfilter Group. "In addition to good prices and fast delivery, agreements are kept and communication lines are short," he indicates.
Filter advice Burgers Zoo
The advice from MTI and Interfilter Group was to use an ePM1- 70% filter instead of an ePM2,5-70% filter in the air handling units at Burgers' Zoo. This type of filter, the GK85 ePM1-70%, contributes to the operational reliability, energy consumption, and total maintenance costs of the installations at Burgers' Zoo.
