The application of paint mist box filters

Interfilter Group supplies various filter boxes for capturing paint mist in, for example, spray booths and paint lines. The paint capture filters are made of cardboard with a labyrinth inside where the paint mist gets trapped. Thanks to the depth of the paint boxes, the capture capacity is much higher, and these paint capture filters last longer than, for example, thin filter mats. In addition, the filter boxes can be used both horizontally and vertically in applications such as spray walls and floor ventilation.

Modular exchange of filter boxes

The cardboard cubes can be replaced modularly, meaning that each filter box can be replaced individually. Thanks to this modular system, the sprayer can replace specific filter cubes when they are fully saturated instead of having to replace the entire filter wall. With these paint mist filters, sprayers can save on both filter material and maintenance costs.

The filter boxes are available in three different versions: Edrizzi boxes, Dürr boxes, or Cube paint boxes.

Edrizzi filter boxes

Edrizzi paint mist filters are considered the premium brand when it comes to capturing paint mist. The inside of the cardboard cube contains such a complex labyrinth that it can capture the most paint mist, up to 100 kg of paint capture per m². The Edrizzi paint mist filter is also made from fire-retardant corrugated cardboard, making it safe to use. Edrizzi boxes are available in three different types with a depth of 300 mm or 500 mm:

• Edrizzi Vario Fine: For dry and poorly adhesive paints
• Edrizzi Vario Medium: A standard solution for the most common paints
• Edrizzi Vario Rough: For foaming, adhesive, wet paints

Dürr filter boxes

The Dürr box filter is a multi-stage paint separation system suitable for separating primers, basecoats, and clear coats. The cardboard filter boxes are quick and easy to replace, even during the spray or paint process. Thanks to reduced CO2 emissions and minimal energy consumption, the Dürr filter box is a truly sustainable filtration system. The Dürr box can capture up to 25 kg of paint per filter box.

Cube paint filter boxes

The Cube paint filter box is also available in coarse, medium, and fine versions, with a depth of 300 mm or 500 mm, offering a suitable solution for any application. The filter boxes are easy to use and quick to assemble. Additionally, the filter boxes can capture up to 30 kg of paint per filter box.
