The filter cloth used for the plates in a filter press is available in multiple configurations: single, double, and hanging.

Reinforcements are required near the frame or seams when using seam felt or woven fabric. These reinforcements are often used to prevent premature damage to the filter press cloths. Additionally, the bags for the filter press are available with anti-corrosion plastic eyes to prevent chemical wear. The filter cloths are produced up to sizes of 2500 mm, depending on the filter press and your application.

Belt Press Cloths

The cloth for the belt press is designed with high drainage to promote optimal drying of the sludge cake. The clipper connection of the belt is made of stainless steel and features a special coating to ensure a proper seal of the belt. The filter cloth for the belt press also has high tensile strength.
