Due to weather and environmental influences, such as the pollen season, the louvers of air-cooled condensers quickly become contaminated. Contamination can block the airflow of your installation, requiring regular cleaning. Cleaning the installations multiple times a year incurs high costs, and high pressure cleaning can damage the louvers, as seen in the photos.

Suitable for refrigeration systems and intake grilles

ProScreen's Air Intake Screens protect the condensers of your installation from coarse dirt such as leaves, insects, and pollen. Think of protecting cooling towers, chillers, dry coolers, and the inlet of air handling units. Due to the low resistance and the fact that all air intake screens are custom-made, they can be applied to any brand and type.

Application of Air Intake ProScreens

ProScreen is applied to the outer side of the installation, preventing coarse dirt and other particles from entering. This keeps the heat transfer at an optimal level for heat exchangers, resulting in better efficiency and lower energy costs for the installation. Compared to standard condenser cleaning, the screen can be easily cleaned from the outside with a soft brush or low-pressure water, allowing the screens to be cleaned multiple times a year quickly and easily. This will significantly reduce maintenance costs, and the resistance of the installation will be lower throughout the year, resulting in lower energy costs.
